Calendula Adventures: Discover, Create, and Heal. This class will be offered Saturday, April 12th 11am-1pm in Jurupa Valley. The venue is outdoors at the farm under a shaded structure. Directions will be provided upon registration ❤️🌱 Sliding scale registration: $22-$33
Join us for a class dedicated to calendula, a staple plant for most herbalists. We’ll start with an introduction to its rich history, folklore, and a bit of science behind its healing properties.
This class also includes an opportunity to create your own sun-infused calendula oil to take home. You’ll learn about calendula’s versatility ranging from consumption to topical uses.
We will close out with a guided tour of calendula growing on the farm. If the flowers are blooming, you’ll even have the chance to gather some to take home!
